Partners to Speak at Workers’ Compensation Seminar
Attorneys Tara Bustard and Jessica Welch will speak to members of the Delaware State Bar at the Workers’ Compensation Breakfast Seminar sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association on January 19, 2016 at the Christina Ballroom at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, Delaware. Tara will speak about new legislation in workers’ compensation that will affect the rights of consumers. Tara is a partner in our Wilmington office where she practices workers’ compensation and personal injury. Jessica will speak about causation, the “but for” standard, latent and pre-existing conditions.
