Protect Yourself after a Car Crash

The book starts out by showing why it is important to contact an attorney immediately after an accident. A Delaware consumer named John [i]was rear-ended in a car accident. He was left with long-lasting pain that required surgery and physical therapy. Unfortunately, John’s insurance didn’t cover most of his costs. John needed to recover compensation to pay for his medical costs; however, he made a huge mistake in the process.

The negligent driver’s insurance company convinced John to sign a “Full and Final Release” form without making clear its ramifications. Eric’s experience kept the case from derailing because of John’s mistake, and John was able to recover the compensation he needed and deserved.

This short information packed book will help you avoid these and many other common mistakes. It will help clarify your options if you’re an involved an auto accident.
