Law firm is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and analytical Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen our online presence. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong content creation abilities with data-driven marketing insight and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing & Social Media Manager will be responsible for:

  • Content Creation & Video Production
  • Developing engaging video content for our website, YouTube channel, and social media platforms
  • Filming, editing, and producing professional-quality short and long-form video materials
  • Supporting attorney-driven video and branding initiatives
  • Social Media & Client Communications
  • Managing daily social media posting and audience engagement across platforms
  • Writing clear, professional content for client communications, announcements, and newsletters
  • Drafting responses to Google reviews and online feedback in a thoughtful, brand-consistent manner

 

  • Marketing Strategy & Advertising Analysis
  • Researching and evaluating advertising opportunities (digital, print, local, online campaigns)
  • Monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements
  • Preparing and presenting marketing reports and strategic recommendations to firm partners
  • Data Tracking & Reporting
  • Using Excel to collect and analyze marketing and business-development data
  • Tracking advertising spend, lead sources, and new case openings
  • Relating marketing efforts to firm growth metrics and performance outcomes

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Video production, editing, and content development skills
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Business Profiles, and online reputation management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and analysis

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO, website content strategy, and digital advertising platforms

Worker’s Compensation Paralegal – Wilmington.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Worker’s Compensation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Delaware worker’s compensation cases and the ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. You will play a key role in supporting our attorneys, communicating with clients, and helping ensure cases move smoothly through the worker’s compensation litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
  • Manage discovery processes, including responding to discovery requests, organizing medical records, and maintaining case files.
  • Assist attorneys with deposition and hearing preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Manage case calendars and deadlines to ensure timely filings and responses.
  • Prepare settlement documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in Worker’s compensation practice.
  • Proficient in legal research, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of IAB procedures and rules..
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent education/experience preferred.
