Partners to lecture at Annual Workers’ Compensation Seminar
Partners Jessica Welch, Don Marston, and Matt Fogg will speak on the Delaware Workers Compensation law at the Delaware Bar Association’s annual spring seminar being held at the Chase Center on the Riverfront on May 7, 2013. The topics being covered are: practice pointers, structured settlements, Medicare Set-Asides, Case Law Update, Psychiatric Claims, Funky Permanent Impairments and Ethics. The attendees are lawyers for claimants, insurance companies, members of the Industrial Accident Board, and insurance adjusters.
