Partners Jessica Welch, Don Marston participate at the Annual Workers’ Compensation Seminar

Partner Jessica Welch moderated and partner Don Marston was a noted speaker at this year’s Annual Workers’ Compensation Breakfast Seminar held on January 28, 2008 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront. This year’s seminar focused on the evaluation of medical expense claims and applications of the practice guidelines and utilization review under the amendments of the Delaware Workers’ Compensation Act. In attendance were members of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association.

 

Jessica Welch is a partner with the Law Offices of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya in Wilmington, DE where she practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury. Ms. Welch received her B.S. degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, and has lectured on workers’ compensation for seminars sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association and has been a guest speaker on “DE Law”. Ms. Welch was voted one of Delaware’s top lawyers for workers’ compensation in Delaware Today magazine (October 2001 and October 2008).

 

Don Marston is a partner at the Bear office of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya where he practices in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. Don is former counsel to the Industrial Accident Board for the State of DE and is a frequent speaker at workers’ compensation seminars. He has been a guest speaker on “DE Law”. Don received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association.
