Partner, Associates participate in Law Day
Partner Cynthia Pruitt and associates Vince Melone and Lindsey Anderson participated in a presentation about the first amendment to approximately 240 4th and 5th graders. This was part of the iCivics program which was founded by Justice Sandra Day O’Connor to get kids excited about civics. The Delaware Supreme Court and the Women & Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association organized members of the bar in order to have lawyers talk with every 4th and 5th grader in the state. Associate James Donovan lectured to students at the Dover Air Force Base Elementary School. Associate Kevin Gardner presented to students at Laurel Elementary School and associate Henry Davis presented to 8th graders at the Southern Delaware School of the Arts.
