If you are one of the millions of people who use Facebook or Myspace, you should be aware of some new developments in the law affecting social networking sites. Any information that you post on these social networking sites about your case, or any comments that you make about the opposing lawyer or the judge, can and likely will be seen by these persons. This applies even when you post to only a small select private group of friends.
