Eric Doroshow to speak at Sussex County Bar Meeting
On April 1, 2016, founding partner Eric Doroshow will be featured as a presenter at the meeting of the Sussex County Bar Association being held at the Brick Hotel in Georgetown. The topic of the presentation is Bankruptcy Law for the General Practitioner. Eric will discuss what you attorneys need to know to help clients when they are facing financial challenges. He will discuss the interplay of Bankruptcy Law with Family Law, Personal Injury Law, and real estate. He will also discuss some common mistakes made by counsel and how to avoid these mistakes in the future. Eric is the founding partner of Doroshow, Pasquale and continues to practice in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation and personal bankruptcy.
