Don Marston to speak at Advanced Workers’ Compensation Seminar
Don Marston is scheduled to be a presenter at the Advanced Workers’ Compensation Seminar being held in Wilmington on October 19, 2016 at the Christiana Hilton in Newark. This is Don’s 16th year presenting at this annual seminar. Topics will include Recent developments and upcoming changes, neuropsychology and the workers’ compensation claim, reflections of the Industrial Accident Board, what to expect on motion day, nally and successive carrier liability, narcotic prescription issues, musings of senior practitioners and ethical challenges in workers’ compensation discovery.
