Attorneys speak at Workers’ Compensation Seminar
On May 3, 2017, attorneys Matt Fogg and Don Marston presented at the Workers’ Compensation Seminar sponsored by the Delaware State Bar and the Industrial Accident
Board. In attendance were attorneys and insurance adjusters. Matt spoke on the Death Benefit Statute while Don’s spoke of medical opinion mishaps. Matt is a partner in our Wilmington office practicing in personal injury and workers’ compensation. Don is a partner in our Bear office also practicing in personal injury and workers’ compensation.
