| On Thursday, May 1, 2008 partners Don Marston and Jessica Welch and associate Matt Fogg gave presentations to over 250 registrants at the annual DSB Workers' Compenastion Seminar. Matt Fogg spoke on recent case updates, Don Marston spoke on upcoming changes to the worker’s compensation law dealing with healthcare providers, and Jessica Welch spoke on practice tips for lawyers. In attendance were lawyers, insurance company representatives, healthcare providers, and members of the Industrial Accident Board. |
