Sheldon Saints
Hello, I am Sheldon Saints. I was born and raised in Delaware; attended Dickinson High School and the University of Delaware. I graduated from Emory University School of Law, returned to Delaware and have resided in all three counties. I have practiced law in Delaware for over 40 years, handling mainly personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. I represent only injured parties, have handled thousands of injury claims and tried cases before the Industrial Accident Board, the Court of Common Pleas, the Court of Chancery and the Superior Court. I have helped my clients obtain fair compensation for lost wages, medical expenses, permanent impairment and pain and suffering in cases involving work injuries, rear-end collisions, slip and falls, pedestrians, dog bites, head injuries, motorcycles, school buses and tractor trailers. Recoveries have included cases over $1 million dollars and multi-million-dollars.
