Donald Marston
I decided to attend law school after having the rare opportunity to work in the New Castle County Courthouse. After experiencing our legal system up close and personal as an employee of the Court, I knew I had to be a part of it. Of course, I had already been a fan of the Perry Mason TV show for many years and my family always said I never met an argument that I didn’t want to have. My post law school work brought me to the Industrial Accident Board when I was assigned by the Department of Justice to be their counsel. This was the best kind of on-the-job training possible. As a consequence, I have had the honor of representing hundreds of injured workers over the years and look forward to many more years of helping my clients get the benefits they deserve.
