Partners to Speak at Annual Workers’ Compensation Seminar
Partners Jessica Welch, Don Marston, and Matt Fogg will speak on the Delaware Workers Compensation law at the Delaware Bar Association’s annual spring seminar being held at the Chase Center on the Riverfront on May 7, 2014. The topics being covered are: Huffman Issues, Liens and Credits, Legislative Updates, Case Law Updates, Retaliatory Discharge and Discrimination, ethics, Ethics and Social Media, and Medical Expenses. The attendees are lawyers for claimants, insurance companies, members of the Industrial Accident Board, and insurance adjusters.
