Inn of Court Holds First Educational Presentation
On Wednesday, January 8 , 2014, the Randy J. Holland Delaware Workers Compensation Inn of Court held its first ever educational presentation to it members. Our firm was well represented in this presentation. Partners Matt Fogg (who is the President of the Inn) and Don Marston were participants in a panel discussion addressing the initial evaluation of workers compensation claims. The panel was also comprised of other lawyers and a member of the Delaware Industrial Accident Board.
The Inn of Court was established in 2013 to allow attorneys and others who are involved in the handling of workers compensation claims to share information and expertise. There will be several more presentations throughout the year. Other members of our firm will be part of those presentations.
