| Associate Tara Blakely will speak to members of the Sussex County Bar Association and students at the Consumer Bankruptcy Facts & Foreclosure 101 seminar being held at the Delaware Technical & Community Collegeon Thursday, June 12, 2008. This seminar is Topics to be discussed are income and asset limitations, eligibility for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, filing a foreclosure action, answering a foreclosure complaint, and how to work out an agreement with lenders to prevent foreclosure, among other important topics relating to bankruptcy and foreclosure.
