Attorney Jessica Welch will speak to members of the Delaware State Bar Association, human resources professionals, health care professsionals and insurance representatives at the Workers' Compensation Update Seminar sponsored by Lorman Education Services at the Doubletree Inn in Wilmington on August 29, 2007.
Jessica Welch is a partner with the Law Offices of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya in Wilmington, DE where she practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury. Ms. Welch received her B.S. degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, and has lectured on workers’ compensation for seminars sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association and has been a guest speaker on “ DE LAW”. Ms. Welch was voted one of Delaware’s top lawyers for workers’ compensation in Delaware Today magazine (October 2001).
