Chief Paralegal Kara DiCecco To Speak at Medical Records Seminar

Kara DiCecco will speak to members of the Delaware State Bar, paralegals and legal assistants at the Using Medical Records to Prove Your Case seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute on Friday, December 8, 2006 in Wilmington, DE.


Kara DiCecco, M.S.N., R.N., L.N.C.C., is a certified legal nurse consultant and chief paralegal at Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya where she practices in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice litigation, workers' compensation and Social Security. She remains active in clinical nursing and is a volunteer instructor in basic/advanced/EP adult life support and pediatric advanced life support at the American Heart Association. Ms. DiCecco is an adjunct professor at Widener School of Law in the Legal Education Institute and an adjunct faculty at Wilmington College in hybrid nursing and legal courses. She obtained her paralegal certificate from Millersville University, graduated summa cum laude from Wilmington College and has her master's degree in nursing leadership. She is currently president of the Delaware Chapter of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, a Director-at-Large for the National Level of AALNC and a member of the Delaware Nurses' Association.
