Old Town Hall Assoc. Expands

Old Town Hall Associates, LLC is a real estate holding group that began in 1979. Ten years ago, it started its own construction company, Old Town Hall Construction, headed by Joe Saienni Sr. and Matt Mowrer.
The bulk of the building had historically been for the Law Offices of Dorsohow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya in the building of their offices in Millsboro and Milford with additions to their home office in Elsmere, Delaware.
More recently however, the construction company has built two private homes in Bethany, with the latest being a 5200-square-foot luxury gem in South Shore Marina.
The Partnership plans to break ground on a 16,000-sqaure-foot office building in Elsmere Janauary 2007 and a third office complex in Millsboro later that year.
Currently, Old Town Hall Associates, LLC, announces the completion of two office buildings in Millsboro with space available for immediate occupancy.
The First is located at 315 Old Landing Road, at the site of the old Millsboro Car Wash. It is 3600-sqaure-feet of turn-key space. Currently only 1800 square feet remain, as two of the suites have been rented to a non-profit organization.
The second building, designed by Marjorie Rothberg, AIA, is 8200 square feet located at 213 E. Dupont Highway. The Law Offices of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya occupy 4100 square feet. PRO Physical Therapy, opening in September, occupies 2050 square feet with one remaining 2050 sq. ft. suite available.
Both locations have excellent signage and visibility.
